Agreement and guidelines governing our digital design and development services
1. Service Overview
AM Webs provides customized web development, interface design, structural application frameworks, and operational digital solutions. All project deliverables are built to meet the initial scope discussed and finalized during order placement or design consultations.
2. Client Cooperation & Asset Delivery
To keep project deadlines running smoothly, clients must cooperate efficiently by providing required materials (such as access credentials, branding media, copy, or server routing targets). Delays in providing necessary project parameters may cause shifts in delivery windows.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final delivery and successful settlement of all project fees, ownership and full deployment rights of the custom code, architecture, and graphic interfaces transfer entirely to the client. AM Webs retains ownership over general base modules, frameworks, and foundational logic configurations used across regular web builds.
4. Revisions & Support Limits
Each contract includes a designated tier of project revisions during the active development phase. Post-deployment support windows address system stabilization and bug fixes; changes expanding beyond the initial agreed project scope will be quoted independently.
